Indulge the Luxury — BeamNG.drive v0.37 Spotlight

BeamNG.drive's v0.37 update, released September 16, 2025, took a very different direction from the heavy machinery focus of v0.38 — this one was all about luxury, fun props, and quality-of-life improvements.

Gavril Grand Marshal Limousine

The headline vehicle is the Gavril Grand Marshal Limousine — a coachbuilt stretch limousine with classic exterior styling and five configurations. The interior is fully modelled, complete with fancy lights, a bar, and even a TV. Additional customisation parts include a boomerang antenna, bull horns, fender flags, tinted glass, and a vinyl roof.

New Props

v0.37 brought a wave of new and remastered props. The Spike Strip prop comes in four types and can be carried with the node grabber in walking mode. The Pressure Ball prop is filled with pressurised gas and comes in several configurations with selectable gas type. The Trampoline prop features adjustable mat size, frame height, spring strength, and rate.

The Large Spinner and Large Hamster Wheel props were both remastered nearly from scratch with new 3D models, updated physics, and improved controls. The spinner now features a two-arm variant with tow hitches and a mobile variant that can be attached to a semi-truck.

User Folder Changes

An important behind-the-scenes change in v0.37 was the migration of the default User Folder location. Players upgrading from v0.36 were advised to use the Manage User Folder option in the Launcher to handle the transition smoothly.

v0.37 was a fan favourite for its playful, creative additions — the limousine in particular became an instant community classic.
